About Pareesha

I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, graduated from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, and a trained Mental Health Facilitator (TCNJ).

I graduated in 2010 with my degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland, so connecting with people as well as written and verbal expression are strengths of mine. My passion for holistic wellness and self-healing brought me onto this path, and I believe that I can be a true partner in your wellness journey.
